Program Overview

This hands-on program, led by an industry expert with over 25 years in lean, garment manufacturing, and factory transformation, equips apparel professionals with the mindset and tools to drive daily improvement through Kaizen. The course focuses on identifying waste, improving operator engagement, and solving recurring production challenges using structured continuous improvement (CI) tools. With a blend of conceptual clarity, floor-level case studies, and a Gemba-based simulation, participants will learn how to transform everyday factory problems into measurable productivity, quality, and cost improvements—without large investments.
