Workshop Objective

The  was designed to strengthen the effectiveness of Force Motors’ security personnel by enhancing their behavioural, functional, and technical skills. The objective was to ensure guards are not only vigilant but also professional, cooperative, and equipped to handle emergencies. The program focused on:

  • Improving grooming, discipline, and professional conduct.
  • Building effective communication and coordination across departments.
  • Strengthening functional security processes such as access control, reporting, and investigations.
  • Enhancing readiness in fire safety, emergency response, and statutory compliance (POSH, legal awareness).
  • Familiarising participants with modern security technologies and cyber security practices.
Workshop Summary

The multi-module interactive program combined classroom training, role plays, practical demonstrations, and group activities to build competence and confidence.

  • Intelligence & Investigations: Case studies on theft scenarios, documenting findings, and preserving evidence.
  • Cyber Security Awareness: Identifying phishing, fraud, and spamming risks, with activities to recognize and prevent breaches.
  • Technical Systems: Hands-on familiarization with CCTV, boom barriers, scanners, walkie-talkies, and alarms.
  • Fire Safety & Emergency Preparedness: Practical fire safety drills, assembly point readiness, and coordination with emergency services.
  • Statutory Awareness: POSH training, roles of ICC committees, and company compliance requirements.

The program concluded with participants engaging in role-based simulations, applying skills to real-life security challenges, and creating actionable takeaways for workplace improvement.
