With 27+ years of experience across Alcon, Johnson & Johnson, PwC and Tata Motors, I have led regional and country teams across India, APAC, and Europe in E2E Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, SC Network Design, PMO and Digital Transformation. I’ve managed $100M+ P&Ls, 500 member operations, 50 sites and business impacts of $ 1.2 Bn in annual revenue. I’ve executed projects yielding over $2M in savings through technology implementations, warehouse optimization, C&FA transitions and 3PL renegotiations. Key achievements include SAP implementation for Alcon India (10,000 SKUs, 7,000 customers), e-commerce launches in UK, Japan, Spain, Portugal, Germany and ANZ (10% order share in UK; $100K saved), RFID deployments in India, Korea and ANZ (75% time saved, 40% fewer reconciliations) and GTM revamps in India & Taiwan ($300K saved). I led business model transition from CSA to C&FA ($1M saved), warehouse network reduction (42 to 36; $800K saved) and optimized master data via RPA (reduced I-Doc failures from 2% to 0.3%).
