Workshop Objective

This workshop was designed to strengthen communication effectiveness at the plant level, where employees interact daily across production, quality, office teams, and global stakeholders. The objectives were to:

  • Build confidence in handling conflicts, feedback, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Improve written and verbal communication for operational updates and reporting.
  • Develop interpersonal and behavioral skills that drive teamwork and trust.
