Workshop Objective
The objective of this workshop was to build and strengthen the behavioral foundations of Ownership, Accountability, and Responsibility (OAR) across key departments — Methods, EV-EPS, WED, and WPL — at Lucas TVS. The goal was to shift participants’ mindsets from reactive blame-based thinking to proactive, solution-oriented leadership by embedding the OAR framework in everyday operations and decision-making.

This on-site behavioral workshop focused on instilling the OAR framework—Ownership, Accountability, and Responsibility—among participants from Methods, EV-EPS, WED, and WPL departments.
