Anshul Agrawal is a Co-Founder and Chief AI Officer at RigAI, with over 18 years of experience leading large-scale AI, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives across the BFSI sector, particularly in banking, insurance and fintech. He has successfully driven multi-million-dollar programs focused on fraud prevention, intelligent payment ecosystems, risk analytics, and AI-driven decision systems at scale. Prior to RigAI, Anshul was part of EXL’s leadership team, where he led the Analytics and AI practice for US Banking Analytics, working closely with global banking and fintech clients to enable next-generation AI adoption and data-driven transformation. Earlier in his career, he worked with TCS in risk management and data warehousing. His expertise spans Agentic AI, Conversational AI, GenAI technologies, enterprise analytics, and intelligent automation, with a strong focus on building scalable AI systems that drive operational efficiency, customer intelligence, and business growth.
