OUR STORY

Why we built HUKSA the way we did?

There is no shortage of courses.
There is no shortage of trainers.
There is no shortage of content.
The problem is not access to learning.
It's RELEVANCE!

And that’s what Huksa is built around!

The ability to build capability across functions — in a way that is structured, relevant, and grounded in real work. - that’s what we set out to solve!

WE DIDN'T START BY BUILDING COURSES!

We started with Deep-Domain Research.

If you take any function — say procurement, manufacturing, finance — it is not a set of topics. It is a value chain - a series of Processes, Decisions and Dependencies.

So the first step was to map that. Break it down into:

Once that clarity was established, the next question was not: “What course do we run?”, it became:
“Who has actually done this, and can help others do it better?”

This is where Infollion’s Expert Network changes the game!

Instead of being limited to a small pool of trainers, we could reach experts across

From a plant head in a Tier-2 city, to a supply chain leader in a global organization, to a domain specialist in a niche area – Access was no longer the constraint. And with our in-house deep-research capabilities coupled with 2 decades of legacy, it was BAU (business as usual) –

Indentifying the right expert for the right learning intervention.

A large part of our work goes into:

This is where our deep-domain research approach comes in. Not as a supporting activity – but as the foundation!

Because without that, you’re still operating at a surface level!

OVER TIME, ONE MORE THING BECAME CLEAR
If you treat learning as a set of programs, you will always be limited.
Because capability is not built in isolated sessions.

That’s what led us to expand beyond just training. Not as separate services. But as parts of the same system.

Core Values

These are the principles we operate by - shaping how we think, design, and deliver learning.
Relevance Over Theory

We prioritize what works in real environments, even if it means discarding content that looks good but doesn’t translate to the job.

Context Before Standardization

We design around business context instead of using pre-built or templated programs. We're focused on outcomes.

Execution as the Measure

Learning is only valuable if it translates into action and shows up in day-to-day decisions.

Expert-Led by Design

We work with on-ground practitioners with real-world experience to lead learning, not generic trainers.

Partnership Mindset

We don’t see ourselves as vendors. We operate as an extension of client teams, not as a transactional vendor.

Life Long Learning

We treat learning as continuous — within our teams and in how we design for our clients.

Frequently Asked Questions

HUKSA was built to help organisations access relevant expertise for practical, domain-specific learning. Many technical and functional requirements need more than generic content: they require people who understand the subject in a real industry context. HUKSA brings together expert sourcing, learning design and program delivery to help organisations address those specialised capability needs.

Infollion's expert network helps HUKSA identify practitioners and specialists across industries and functions. This supports the search for relevant faculty when a program requires particular technical knowledge, functional experience or industry exposure. The faculty selected for an engagement depends on the subject, learning objectives and expertise required.

Experienced practitioners can bring context that goes beyond theoretical explanations. They may share how decisions are made, how technical and operational challenges arise, and how concepts are applied in real organisations. HUKSA emphasises relevant expertise so that programs can be grounded in practical experience, with faculty chosen according to the subject and learning need.

HUKSA brings together the identification of relevant expertise with the design and coordination of learning programs. Depending on the engagement, this can include understanding learning needs, defining the program, selecting faculty, planning delivery, coordinating logistics and supporting assessments or learning administration. The exact scope depends on the organisation's requirements.

Beyond standalone training, HUKSA can support bespoke learning journeys, learning needs analysis, instructional design, eLearning development, faculty coordination, training planning, delivery management, LMS-related support and assessment or impact measurement. These services can be scoped individually or combined into a broader Managed Training Services engagement.

HUKSA is particularly relevant when an organisation needs specialised technical, functional or business knowledge, access to experienced practitioners, or a learning solution tailored to a specific capability gap. Examples include functional excellence, technical upskilling, AI adoption, executive development, family business succession and private equity portfolio capability building.
