About Me

Ms. Kapur is a lawyer by training and an HR consultant by experience, with over 15 years working across learning and organisational development. She spent close to four years at Piramal Group, including three as HR Manager – L&OD, and has advised organisations independently as a freelance HR consultant since 2023. Her approach centres on competency-based interviewing, learning journeys, and behaviour skills programme design — grounded in a philosophy of Head, Hand, and Heart that brings stakeholders together to identify real issues and craft solutions that stick. Having worked across multigenerational and multicultural teams, she brings a practised ability to adapt facilitation to the room she's in. Ms. Kapur holds a law degree from ILS Law College, Pune, and a Bachelor's in Economics from Nowrosjee Wadia College.
