He is a seasoned Rubber & Plastics Industry Consultant with over 35 years of experience in polymer engineering, rubber compounding, plastics processing, and manufacturing operations. He specializes in rubber and plastic compounding, extrusion and injection molding, process automation, plant setup, and product design for automotive and industrial applications. Having led multiple technical and operational roles across the industry, he brings deep expertise in elastomer processing, mixing automation, hose manufacturing, and plasticating screw design. Nitin holds Master’s degrees in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and Rubber Technology from the London School of Polymer Technology.
