Implementation: AI Deployment in Internal Workflows

AI is rapidly transforming how investment firms source opportunities, conduct research, make decisions, and monitor portfolios. However, most firms today use AI in fragmented, inconsistent ways — limited to individual experimentation rather than systematic deployment. This program helps investment firms design and deploy structured internal AI workflows tailored to their investment processes.Participants will learn how to integrate AI into core workflows such as deal screening, research, IC preparation, portfolio monitoring, and investment decision support — while ensuring governance, reliability, and confidentiality. By the end of the program, participants will have designed deployable AI workflows specific to their fund.
