Workshop Objective
As part of Royal Enfield’s capability-building initiative, HUKSA designed and delivered a 5-Day Project Management Workshop to strengthen structured project execution across engineering and cross-functional teams.
The workshop aimed to help participants:
- Understand the complete project lifecycle using globally accepted project management practices.
- Develop practical skills across Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing process groups.

Workshop Summary
