AI Governance Enablement (Advanced)

Course Summary

This program helps organisations build an internal AI governance capability across IT, Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Legal, Data and Business teams.

Participants with learning levels governing principals and creating an enterprise AI inventory undergo the four-to-six-week AI Governance Champions Journey, through which selected employees learn to evaluate AI use cases, maintain governance documentation and support audit readiness.

An optional six-to-eight-week AI Governance Operating Model Sprint can help the organisation translate the learning into a practical AI Governance Framework, AI Use Case Inventory, Risk Classification Framework and AI Governance Playbook.
