Course Summary

This program helps organisations build an internal AI governance capability across IT, Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Legal, Data and Business teams.

The journey begins with a two-day AI Governance Foundation Workshop, where participants learn what needs to be governed and how to create an enterprise AI inventory. through which selected employees learn to evaluate AI use cases, maintain governance documentation and support audit readiness.
