AI in Tendering & Estimation for EPC Projects

Course Summary

This five-day program equips EPC tendering, estimation, engineering, contracts and commercial teams to use AI across the complete pre-bid and bidding lifecycle.

Participants learn how to apply AI to tender intake, Bid/No-Bid analysis, requirement decomposition, BOQ review, cost estimation, contract-risk identification, QA/QC, HSE and ESG compliance, proposal development, red-team review and final tender compilation.

The program follows a 30% concepts, 50% hands-on AI workshops and 20% case studies and assessments model. Participants work on a synthetic EPC tender covering RFP, Scope of Work, BOQ, General Terms and Conditions, technical specifications, QA/QC, HSE and commercial information.

AI is positioned as a decision-support and drafting tool. It does not replace authorised technical, legal, commercial, HSE, QA/QC, tax or management approval.
